Vu Pham
Secretary and Partner
I’ve made Montana my home for over twenty years. I spent over twelve years as the Staff Attorney to U.S. District of Montana, and then returned to school to complete a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare. I became the General Counsel of a large industrial conglomerate in the trucking, mining, oilfield service, landfill, and construction space; and later served as their Chief Executive Officer. Based on this breadth of experience, I understand the entire spectrum of business from running, scaling and strategically growing sustainable businesses. Through that experience, I have learned that good business is about doing what you tell the customer you are going to do. Moreover, customer service is only as good as the employees that serve those customers. As we invest in our people, so do we invest in our customers and our community.
“Leadership is an active, living process. It is rooted in character, forged by experience, and communicated by example”.
When not changing the business world, Vu enjoys fishing, rafting, and camping with his wife and two children.
