Periodically, while I was napping in the lobby, my humans at Big Sky Collision Center have heard that people genuinely appreciate the effort that goes into providing the highest level of customer service possible in the automotive collision repair business. Our customers have even said they wish we were available to work on their homes. So in between naps and lunch, I decided to start a contracting business. Named after yours truly, Raisin Contracting now brings the same great customer service to your home!

Raisin is a much-loved local celebrity that has appeared in dozens of television commercials and print ads. He loves the automobile collision repair and home repair industries almost as much as he loves treats…..and naps.

With two active boys, Rob and his family are longtime supporters of the Billings Skyview High School soccer program and enjoy watching their sons compete at a high level.

Noah was formerly a very accomplished collegiate track and field athlete at Rocky Mountain College.
I’ve made Montana my home for over twenty years. I spent over twelve years as the Staff Attorney to U.S. District of Montana, and then returned to school to complete a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare. I became the General Counsel of a large industrial conglomerate in the trucking, mining, oilfield service, landfill, and construction space; and later served as their Chief Executive Officer. Based on this breadth of experience, I understand the entire spectrum of business from running, scaling and strategically growing sustainable businesses. Through that experience, I have learned that good business is about doing what you tell the customer you are going to do. Moreover, customer service is only as good as the employees that serve those customers. As we invest in our people, so do we invest in our customers and our community.

When not changing the business world, Vu enjoys fishing, rafting, and camping with his wife and two children.

Jeff formerly served the Billings Chamber of Commerce for seven years as a board director and is currently the chairman of the board at the Tumbleweed Program – a local community program serving homeless and vulnerable youth.
